Frank Scheihing

Owner, seminar leader

Frank Scheihing has two passions: On the one hand, he has practical experience in building successful teams as a long-standing manager in corporations and medium-sized industrial companies. On the other hand, he provides inspiration as a leadership coach and seminar leader. In this role, he gives teams and individuals the sustainable impetus they need in a practical way to move forward.

 

The intellectual intersection of both passions: trust in teams. Frank Scheihing has completed two engineering courses and many training courses in coaching as well as systemic, solution-oriented and humanistic psychology.

Dr. Torsten Grotendiek

Seminar leader

Torsten Grotendiek has found another calling during his more than 20 years of working as a manager in a large corporation. As a seminar leader, coach, mentor and moderator, he supports groups and individuals, employees, managers and young managers in their personal development.

 

He has a doctorate in mathematics and has completed a variety of training as a coach and in therapeutic methods.

Team Coach at Trust in Teams®

A team coach plays a crucial role in improving team dynamics and team effectiveness at Trust in Teams®. The main task of the team coach is to strengthen trust and cooperation within a team. Through tailor-made seminars and workshops specifically tailored to the needs of each team, our team coaches will help to break down communication barriers and improve the conflict resolution skills of team members. Practical exercises and reflective discussions are integral parts of these processes, which aim to create a positive and productive work environment and sustainably increase team performance.



The measures offered by a team coach at Trust in Teams® are diverse and comprehensive. They range from one-day classroom seminars to intensive workshops lasting several days. A particular focus is on team development and promoting trust and effective communication within the team. Through targeted exercises and coaching sessions, team members are encouraged to leave their comfort zone, listen better and develop creative solutions to problems. A team coach supports the individual development of team members - he helps them to recognize their strengths and use them effectively.
