Frank Scheihing lives two passions: On one hand, he has practical experience in building successful teams as a long-time manager in corporations and mid-sized industrial companies. On the other hand, he is inspiring as a leadership coach and seminar leader. In this role, he provides teams and individuals with a practical, sustainable push that they need at this very moment for their progress.

 

The intellectual intersection of both passions: Trust in Teams. Frank Scheihing has completed two engineering degrees and many training courses in coaching as well as systemic, solution-oriented, and humanistic psychology.

Torsten Grotendiek has found another calling during his more than 20 years of professional experience as a leader in a large corporation.. As a seminar leader, coach, mentor, and moderator, he supports groups and individuals, employees, managers, and future leaders in their personal development.

 

He is a doctorate-level mathematician and has completed a variety of coach training and therapeutic procedures.
